Group Rates: 50 persons and above
24-hour-stay: 3 meals, 2 snacks, bedrooms or dormitories
Air-conditioned Hall (8:30AM to 5PM only). Php 450/pax.
10-hour-stay: 8AM to 6PM maximum stay: 2 snacks and lunch, Airconditioned Hall. Php 250/pax.
• 100 persons and above get 5% discount, applicable upon reservation (not on the date itself).
• Less than 50 participants add 15%.
• Additional hours for the Air-conditioner: Php 100/hr/unit.
• Additional meal is Php 100/pax. Snacks is Php 40/pax. This is not just for the cost of food, but also for the use of hall, services, etc.
• Because of these incredible low rates, the group also pays for the facilitators. (Everyone pays.)
Guest Room Rates
Guest Rm 1: Add Php 750 for the room.
Guest Rm 2: Add Php 600 for the room.
Aircon Rooms (without bathroom): add Php 300 for the aircon.
Aircon Dormitories: add Php 1000 for the aircon.
Individual Rates: For Families or Smaller Groups (20 or less)
Overnight Stay and Breakfast: Php 300/pax.
Meals are Php 100/pax; Snacks are Php 40/pax.
Airconditioned Hall is Php 1000 from 8AM to 5PM.
Outside this time (before 8AM and/or after 5PM) is Php 100/hr.

LFC CONTRACT 2008-2009
AGREEMENT with LFC
Thank you for choosing LFC as the venue of your group event. We promise to keep our commitment to give you “low rates, clean facilities, and great food.”
We would like to reiterate that LFC has maintained its low rates since 2006. We only made minor adjustments for smaller groups (less than 50) and air-condition rates. We normally do not give any more discounts, except for groups that are more than 100 persons.
Here are some of our expectations when you come to agreement with us. Please know that these conditions have been composed and revised based on our different experiences with many kinds of groups:
• 20% non-refundable and non-transferable, but deductible, down-payment is necessary upon reservation.
• The minimum number of persons booked is expected to be paid in full, even if the number is not reached during the event itself. Extra food, then, are usually served to those present. When extra food is taken home, packing and storage fees are applied.
• Full payment is expected to be given after the first meal/snack is served.
• If the group is particular about the menu, additional 20% is added to the rate. The new menu has to be approved by the kitchen personnel.
• Destruction or vandalism of property will be charged to the group. Php 500 is the minimum payment.
• For stay-in/overnight guests: The assignment of bedrooms and dormitories should be done by the coordinator or other. Keys are to be returned before leaving. Lost keys cost Php 200 each.
• Our rates do not include honorarium for the facilitator, speaker, or priest.
LFC is a financially-independent-facility; it is not funded or subsidized. The income goes to the upkeep and maintenance of the Center as well as for the support of some archdiocesan apostolates. Accounting is strictly supervised and audited by the Chancery’s external auditor.
